How does your product printing work?
All our garments are printed on demand by our partners. Each item is made only after your order, which allows us to avoid waste and offer exclusive designs.
How long does it take to receive my order?
Production time is generally 3 to 7 business days. Then, delivery takes between 3 and 10 days depending on your country. You will receive an email with tracking as soon as your order is shipped.
What sizes are available?
We offer sizes XS to 3XL on most of our models. You can find the detailed size guide on each product page.
Can I return or exchange a product?
Due to the customized nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges. We recommend that you carefully check your size guide before ordering. If you receive a defective product, please contact us and we will find a solution.
What is the quality of the prints?
We use high-quality DTG printing that guarantees vibrant and long-lasting colors. Our garments are made with premium materials (organic cotton or cotton/polyester blend depending on the model) for optimal comfort.
Can I modify or cancel my order?
Once the order has been placed and is in production, it is unfortunately no longer possible to modify or cancel it. We therefore advise you to check your cart carefully before confirming.
Where are your products manufactured?
Our products are printed by a network of local producers according to the regions to reduce ecological impact and optimize delivery times.
